REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted for most items within 30 days of delivery, and can be either exchanged or refunded. If you're not satisfied with one or more items in your order, simply contact us through the website or by email at rattlesnake.gulch.outfitters@gmail.com. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped and can not include items listed for clearance, digital products, consumable items such as food or medical supplies, "made-to-order" items that are produced and shipped by a third party or partner, or containers meant for eating or drinking. 

Once the item returns to the warehouse and is accepted, you will be promptly notified and either a refund will be issued to include shipping or an exchange shipped. Please allow a day or two for refunds to hit your bank account or preferred payment method. If after this time a refund is not reflected, please contact us.

If an item is delivered that is damaged or defective, or if the item you purchased is not included or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. 

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, start by reaching out to the carrier and investigating if the parcel was delivered to a neighbor or nearby address. If after this you still can not find your order, contact us within 10 days of the reported delivery so that a claim can be filed.

In any case, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
