Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will typically ship within 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. If we are experiencing a significantly higher than usual influx of orders, this time frame may extend to 5-10 business days. All orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received. Once the order has shipped, it will be subject to the time frames and prices associated with the applicable delivery service.

As an example, an order placed on Monday may ship on Thursday. If 2 day shipping was selected at checkout, then the order should arrive within 2 days from being shipped on Thursday. 

International orders are inherently more complex and subject to a wide array of constantly changing factors, such as supply chain issues, tariffs and duties, and international relations. As such, delivery may take several weeks due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping expenses may be higher for international shipping, and the Customer is responsible for any and all duties and additional fees associated with their state, province, or territory.  Rattlesnake Outfitters will bear no responsibility for any laws or regulations outside of the United States concerning any of our products.

Rattlesnake Outfitters is a small business, operated by a small but passionate team of individuals. We will always strive to fulfill orders as timely and accurately as possible.
